VICTOR H. RODRIGUEZ (Founder & Managing Partner)

Victor H. Rodriguez is the Founder and Managing Partner of FE Macro, a pioneering financial media production company headquartered within the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). He has more than 19 years of experience in management, financial communications, and business development across the U.S.–Latin America corridor. Victor began his career in institutional sales and brokerage, later becoming a recognized figure in the world of global finance and media. Before founding FE Macro, he served as Partner and Head of Latin American Prime Brokerage for Merlin Securities, Director of Global Institutional Sales at TradeStation Securities (Monex Group), and Founder & CEO of Pristine.com Latin America. Rodriguez is also known for his leadership as a TV anchor and as the Founder and former Head of The Hedge Fund Association – LatAm Chapter. Today, he is internationally recognized as the first Latino financial communicator and media producer to broadcast in Spanish from the floor of the New York Stock Exchange, building a historic bridge between Wall Street and the Spanish-speaking world. Through FE Macro, he has established a new model of financial communication—one that fuses education, journalism, and audiovisual storytelling to empower Spanish-speaking audiences worldwide. Rodriguez divides his time between Miami and New York, leading the company’s strategic vision and institutional partnerships with global exchanges, financial institutions, and educational organizations.

ALEJANDRO J. RODRIGUEZ (MD – Operations & Compliance)

Alejandro J. Rodriguez is the Managing Director of Operations & Compliance at FE Macro, where he oversees the strategic coordination between institutional partners, content governance, and cross-border financial communication frameworks. With over 23 years of experience in international finance and banking, Alejandro brings a deep understanding of AML/CFT compliance, correspondent banking, and financial market operations. Before joining FE Macro, he was Managing Director of Pushstone, a consulting firm serving banks and regulated entities across the Americas and previously Head of the LatAm Division at Terra Nova Financial Group (now Lightspeed Financial), a brokerage platform specializing in electronic trading of equities, futures, and options. Alejandro’s blend of institutional expertise and operational leadership ensures that FE Macro’s productions meet the highest standards of regulatory and reputational excellence. His experience bridges two worlds—financial infrastructure and creative storytelling—allowing the company to communicate complex market insights with accuracy, transparency, and impact.

MANUEL PEREZ MATOS (MD – Creative & Visual Strategy)

Manuel Perez Matos is the Managing Director of Creative & Visual Strategy at FE Macro, where he leads the company’s audiovisual innovation, brand development, and content production from the New York Stock Exchange and its Miami studio. With over two decades of experience in creative direction, broadcast design, and post-production, Manuel brings an Emmy Award–recognized approach to financial storytelling and brand positioning. (Manuel have accumulated 8 Emmy Awards and several ProMaxBDA Gold-Awards) Before co-founding FE Macro, Manuel directed major visual and television projects across Latin America and the United States, collaborating with leading production houses and global artists such as Marc Anthony, Ricky Martin, Maná, CNCO, Becky G, Ozuna, Bad Bunny, and Karol G. His expertise in cinematic composition, branding, and narrative development gives FE Macro’s productions their distinctive identity—merging financial insight with high-quality visual storytelling. Perez oversees the creative architecture of FE Macro’s branded content, co-sponsored interviews, and television distribution across U.S. and Latin American networks. His mission is to transform financial communication into emotionally engaging, visually dynamic content that bridges the gap between institutions and audiences.

MATEO MANTILLA (Visual Producer & Multimedia Storyteller)

Mateo Mantilla is a New York–based freelance videographer, video editor, photographer, and podcast producer specializing in financial media, branded content, and digital storytelling. He has developed a strong portfolio working with global institutions, media personalities, and consumer brands, delivering high-impact visual content across social, digital, and broadcast platforms. Mateo currently collaborates with the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as a freelance videographer and photographer, supporting video production, photography, and behind-the-scenes content for programs such as Taking Stock, Cheddar TV, Fintech TV, and The Cube, as well as journalistic interviews and live floor coverage in fast-paced financial news environments.
He is also part of the creative team behind Einstein of Wall Street, working directly with NYSE trader Peter Tuchman, producing and editing social media videos, photography, and podcast content that reaches a global audience of over one million followers. In branded content, Mateo has served as Creative Director and Visual Producer for Gillette, creating seasonal campaigns and social media content in collaboration with Gillette partners and master barber Richard Mendoza, supporting products including SkinGuard Razor, King C. Gillette, and GilletteLabs. Fluent in English and Spanish, and highly proficient in tools such as Final Cut Pro, Avid Pro Tools, and Adobe Audition, Mateo brings a collaborative, detail-driven approach to visual storytelling, transforming real-time moments and complex narratives into compelling multimedia content with reach and impact.

ANDRÉS R. BETANCOURT (Producer & Visual Storytelling Director)

Andrés R. Betancourt is a creative audiovisual producer, journalist, and entrepreneur with over 12 years of experience in broadcast media, visual storytelling, and multimedia production across the United States and Latin America. He is the Founder and Creative Director of Un Beta Visual LLC, a Miami-based production company specializing in photography, videography, podcast production, and branded content for digital and broadcast platforms. Before founding Un Beta Visual, Andrés served as Correspondent Producer and Director for international television networks including NTN24 and RCN Nuestra Tele Internacional, where he produced and directed live broadcasts and field reporting. He previously spent more than seven years as an Audiovisual Producer and Director at Factores de Poder Media, contributing to award-winning political and investigative programming, and earlier worked as News Editor and Sports Segment Producer at El Venezolano TV. With a strong command of end-to-end production workflows—spanning editorial strategy, field production, and post-production—Betancourt blends journalistic rigor with cinematic execution. Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English, his work focuses on transforming complex narratives into visually compelling content with impact across platforms and audiences.

ALEXANDER HERNANDEZ (Operations Analyst)

Alexander E. Hernández is a professional with more than ten years of experience in administration, client management, and data analysis across diverse industries including financial services, maritime, automotive, food, and hospitality. His career reflects a consistent ability to combine analytical rigor with organizational leadership, delivering measurable improvements in efficiency, client engagement, and operational performance. At Veconinter, he served as Senior Legal Collections Coordinator, where he implemented innovative analytical frameworks that reduced portfolio processing times and improved collection efficiency. In financial services, he worked as Supervisor of Collections at CORFIN, achieving sustained increases in recovery rates. His background also includes roles in administrative support and operations, where he streamlined SAP transitions, optimized inventory reconciliation, and modernized reporting procedures. Hernández has also contributed to digital strategy and executive support, managing communications, events, and social media content, achieving a 35% increase in online reach. His versatility across industries demonstrates his ability to adapt, innovate, and deliver results in dynamic environments. He holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from IESA and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Relations from URBE.
